• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold as removed from use or from storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sale notice. The item has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item: Before making a bid, the bidder must inspect the lot and the company documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on an issue that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you have won several lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check goods carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the original and the new (lower) sale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller guarantees that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
