• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The lot has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a qualified assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders have a duty before making an offer to inspect the lot, and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been noticed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right for the items on sale. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Winning bids must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple wins you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Goods origin: Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always check all potentially relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and applicable sales conditions before bidding.

• inspect the lot and the information given about it before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is"; however, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
