The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the premises and any company documents before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🔕 Origin of goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes pass to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the original and the resale price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.
