• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, such as vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs plus interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before placing a bid.
