The lot is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website huutokaupat.com during 5 May 2026 - 27 May 2026. The deadline for placing bids ends on 27 May 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.
The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. However, the enforcement officer may approve or reject the highest bid made in the auction.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered no later than 25 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Enforcement Authority / Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
