Seized arable and forest property, approx. 14.45 ha, Nurmes

The lot will be sold by incremental bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 8–29 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to make purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment.

The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability:

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
