Seized parcel (approx. 8.39 ha) of forest land from the property, Nurmes

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 8 May and 29 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 May 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment.

The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's obligation to compensate:

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
