Seized parcel (approx. 8.39 ha) of forest land from the property, Nurmes

The lot is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 8 May and 4 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 12:00 on 4 June 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the service's automatic bid increment system.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 3 June 2026 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability to compensate:

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a made bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price they offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period
