Seized approx. 25.5 ha forest parcel; zoning provides 7 waterfront building plots, Petäjävesi

The lot is sold by upward bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 9 April 2026 and 3 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 29 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Jyväskylä office, address Vapaudenkatu 54, Jyväskylä, or by e-mail to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensation pursuant to section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

Up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price if necessary. Any payment period will be notified separately. If a payment period is granted, annual interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act is payable on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the price has been paid or a new sale has been completed.

Obligations and rights transferred to the buyer

The buyer is responsible for title registration of the plot, subdivision and the costs arising from these.

Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the sale object, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.
