Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return, and no cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s assessments only. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By placing an offer the bidder accepts the property’s condition as is.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay the seller liquidated damages of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% amount is lower than €100.
