Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by giving the seller an offer on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the apartment and the company's documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been observed during prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and which may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to reasons on the bidder's side, the seller is entitled to receive an agreed fixed compensation of €280.
