The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment as stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. If the buyer neglects to pay for the purchased item as described above, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for any damages and costs incurred.

The online auction ends on 5 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

By participating in the auction, the bidder accepts that their credit information will be checked before the final sale is approved.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller's consent, the buyer must reimburse the seller for the costs of arranging the failed auction (27.3.1987/355 and 5.1.1994/16). The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least €100. The compensation fee is, according to the Value Added Tax Act, an amount for which VAT is not charged.

If items are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on a Trader’s Right to Sell an Uncollected Item (15.7.1988/688).

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted.

The purchase price is to be paid to Kiinteistö Oy Kolarin Siepakka’s account: FI69 8146 9710 1812 48.

The buyer must file the transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and arrange payment of the transfer tax through that service. When the tax authority issues the buyer with a certificate of paid transfer tax, it must be forwarded to the seller without delay so that registration in the buyer’s name can be completed.

The seller will deliver the share certificate to the buyer when registration has been completed.
