Sales terms

Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all the terms of sale. In timeshare sales the purchase contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends a signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the auction closing.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation for false bidding and interference with business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. Inspection of the property

Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club's registration fee (€39 private / €59 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the contract, a copy of the transfer entry in the share certificate and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
