In timeshare sales the purchase contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends a signing link to the highest bidder. Withdrawal from the sale

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club's registration fee (€39 private / €59 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the contract, a copy of the transfer entry in the share certificate and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
