The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, a parking space in a heated garage, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and grounds, purchases and repairs, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key services, etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or let a friend use it. Just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the maintenance fee for 2026 and gains use of the share from week 19/2026 onwards (Fri 1 May 2026 – Fri 8 May 2026).

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares for sale are mine unless otherwise stated.

Deeds of sale and registered delivery of the share certificate by recorded letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post at an extra cost of €20.

There are no arrears on the maintenance fee for the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 is not payable) and provide the seller with a transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on how to file the transfer tax notification in OmaVero.
