The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings stated in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased item as described above, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller for any resulting damages and costs.

The online auction ends on 5 April 2026 at 18:15 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

By participating in the auction, the bidder agrees that their credit information will be checked before final acceptance of the sale.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller's consent, the buyer must compensate the seller for costs arising from organising the failed auction (27 March 1987/355 and 5 January 1994/16). The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least EUR 100. Under the Value Added Tax Act the compensation fee is an item not subject to VAT.

If the items are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Right of an Entrepreneur to Sell an Uncollected Item (15 July 1988/688).

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted.

The purchase price is to be paid to Kiinteistö Oy Kolarin Siepakan account: FI69 8146 9710 1812 48.

The buyer must file the transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and pay the transfer tax through that service. When the tax authority issues the buyer with a certificate of paid transfer tax, it must be forwarded promptly to the seller so that registration in the buyer's name can be completed.

The seller will deliver the share certificate to the buyer once registration has been completed.
