The lot is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 13 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system performance. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. A written purchase offer must be delivered by post or e‑mail so that it arrives at the Enforcement Authority no later than 2 April 2026 at 12:00. The written offer must state the bidder’s name, personal identity number or business ID and contact details. A written offer will be entered into the online auction as an incremental bid. The person submitting a written offer is responsible for ensuring it arrives by the deadline. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers made in the online auction.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by free sale, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official reserve account IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the reserve account, use reference number RF23 3960 0001 4502 53.

D‑series shares carry one (1) playing right for a named person. A D‑series share also includes 20 single playing rights (green fees) per year. The named person’s playing right and the 20 single playing rights (green fees) per year may be exchanged for 40 single playing rights (green fees) per year.

A single playing right entitles one person to play one round on the company‑managed golf course. In addition to the playing rights attached to the shares, the company has leased playing rights and junior playing rights, the number of which the board decides annually.

The annual maintenance charge for a D‑series share in 2026 is €1,230. The charge is paid in full in a single payment.

For 2026, the maintenance charge has not been paid. There are no unpaid maintenance charges from previous years. According to Virpiniemi Golf Oy, the 2026 maintenance invoice can be issued in the buyer’s name and the company may grant the buyer up to one week’s payment time from the transfer of ownership for payment of the 2026 charge.

No playing rights for 2026 have been registered to the share.

According to Virpiniemi Golf Oy and Virpiniemi Golf Club Ry’s course and play rules, a player must have a playing right or a single playing right to play on Virpiniemi Golf course. A player may exercise the playing right attached to a share when all overdue payments have been settled with the golf company and the golf club.
