The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and as at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they undertake to pay the seller compensation of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% compensation is less than €100.
