Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor a right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

No warranty is given for the property. Descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts the property’s condition as is.
