The Pulkkajärvi cabins are peaceful and located halfway and a short drive from Ruka’s slopes and the Kuusamo Tropiikki facilities. The slopes are conveniently reachable by ski bus.

Skiing, cross-country skiing, ice karting, ice swimming, ice climbing, reindeer, snowmobiling, husky safaris, snowshoeing, the Northern Lights, sleigh rides under the stars and, of course, snow.

Fresh air, clean snow, crisp frost and breathtaking scenery invite you outdoors — Kuusamo–Ruka is a true winter paradise! Ruka ski resort has been awarded Best Ski Resort in Finland four years in a row.

Over 200 ski days a year, 34 slopes, 21 lifts, longest run 1,300 m — those are the facts; you must experience the speed and thrill yourself.

Skiers are enthusiastic about the more than 170 km of cross‑country tracks in Ruka and Kuusamo.

As a counterpoint to activity, enjoy ice swimming at Kuusamo Tropiikki’s new beach sauna, the spa pools, pamper treatments and other wellness services.

Other activities include a gym, escape room, bowling alley and Angry Birds Activity Park.

If you cannot use the week yourself, this Easter week is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to an acquaintance — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The share is not subject to renovation loan / financing charge.

The maintenance fee covers final cleans, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and standby, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and will have the right to use the share from week 16/2026 onwards (Sat 11 April 2026 - Sat 18 April 2026). The apartment is available from 16:00 and should be vacated by 11:00.
