Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails due to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business amounting to 10% of the highest bid or at least €280. (NOTE! This invoice may be enforced through debt collection). Participation in the auction without intent to buy is prohibited.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the flat in question and the company's documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection. Shares are sold with the information provided in the listing.

Information provided by the seller

Suomen Yrityskonsultointi is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents related to the property. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that it has given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the sale. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all maintenance charges and other payments payable to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price (excluding any debt), and Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the sale contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax payment to the property manager for share registration.

NOTE! Suomen Yrityskonsultointi acts only as the notifier, not the seller. The owners of the shares will be recorded as sellers on the sale contract after the auction ends. The backgrounds of all owners we list have been verified and the shares can be safely bid on.
