The apartment includes bed linen and towels, a fitted kitchen with crockery and cooking utensils, drying cabinet, fireplace and firewood, TV, radio, CD player and free Wi‑Fi.

The Sallatunturi area has 100 km of marked hiking trails with several lean-tos and shelters with firewood. If you’re interested in birds, the area adds a new dimension to your trip with around 100 species of marsh and forest birds. Nearby are also some of Northern Europe’s largest wilderness areas: Naruska, Oulanka National Park and Tuntsa, which is considered one of Europe’s finest hiking destinations.

It’s nice to eat well on holiday. Whether you choose an à la carte restaurant, a local eatery or a café, enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. For after-ski vibes there are pubs and live music.

Salla Sports Centre at the foot of Sallatunturi offers a wide range of indoor sports year-round. Play badminton, floorball, tennis, volleyball, frisbee golf or jump on the trampoline. There is a playroom for children. The centre of Salla also has a bowling alley.

You can also join guided wilderness skill trips or adventure safaris. For example, canoe safaris let you experience the silence of wilderness rivers and wilderness skill trips teach you how to build a shelter and sleep in it. Panning for gold is a highlight of the Lapland summer – alongside more traditional activities such as berry picking, mushrooming, fishing or hunting.

Salla is known for its war history. Winter War battlefields and memorials are located around the municipality. The war also left scars in the landscape, where war materiel and trenches can still be found.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As an owner of the week you obtain a share of the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Maintenance fee 2026:

€178.20 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance of the apartment and grounds, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management and administration etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself, renting the cottage is easy — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 19/2026 onwards (Fri 1 May 2026 – Fri 8 May 2026).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (€35 / week).
