Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You can also participate in the auction in person on site by giving the seller an offer. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment in question and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

Seller-provided information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the sales contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disturbance of business of at least €250, or if the purchase price exceeds €2,500, then 10% of the bid purchase price. NOTE: This invoice is enforceable (collectible by enforcement).
