The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs 6 March 2026 – 29 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability pursuant to section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system shows as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 26 March 2026 at 12:00, to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 26 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the item in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to submit the bid.
