Seized property with buildings in Vörå municipality, Vöyri

The asset has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the offer is accepted.
