The property is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 8 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functioning. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
The property is seized, and it is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will make the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price immediately.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the date of the sale decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest shall be charged on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, statutory late interest will be charged thereafter.
Claims related to the property for sale
At the time of preparing the sales brochure, the property has an Elenia electricity connection and a Reisjärvi Water Cooperative water connection. According to Elenia, outstanding electricity transmission charges amounted to €221.85 as of 5 February 2026. The water connection had arrears of €465.84 as of 5 February 2026.
The amounts of claims on the connections may change during the sales procedure. Connection charges are not paid from the purchase price of the property; the buyer is responsible for them. The buyer is also responsible for any fees related to the transfer of connection contracts.
