The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 11 February 2026 and 8 March 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the offeror, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.
The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as to bids made in the online auction.
The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 05 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:
Enforcement Authority, Tampere office
Kelloportinkatu 5, 3rd floor
33100 Tampere
or by email:
tampere.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi
The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.
After the end of the auction the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.
The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer pursuant to section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided for in the Enforcement Code.
