For sale: two seized properties and a leasehold with buildings in Rantasalmi, Rantasalmi

The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 27 February 2026 and 23 March 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 March 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is not paid, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 20 March 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will normally be the person whose offer is accepted in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The assets are seized and are sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or related or prior actions must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
