The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 24 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability pursuant to chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the balance. For the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached as the maximum bid to the online auction by the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2026 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the sale object.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the sale object, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The buyer is obliged to pay transfer tax of 1.5%. The tax amount is calculated on the total of the purchase price and any obligations transferred to the buyer on the date of transfer of ownership.

The buyer obtains the right of possession to the sale object when the full purchase price and any obligations transferred to the buyer have been paid. The buyer must not use the property in a way that reduces its value before receiving the deed.

The buyer obtains ownership of the sale object when the deed has been delivered. The deed will be handed over when the sale is final and the full purchase price and transfer tax have been paid.
