The company owns three apartment blocks located on a municipal leasehold plot, with a total of 72 residential units.
The flat for sale is in building no. 2 according to the articles of association.

A shareholder has the right to repay in full to the company the apartment-specific loan corresponding to their shares. A shareholder who has paid their loan share is released from paying the corresponding financing charge from the month following the month in which the shareholder paid the loan in full.
