a residential flat of 2 rooms plus kitchen in the company-owned apartment block in Lehtikangas.

The company owns three apartment blocks located on a municipal leasehold plot, with a total of 72 residential units.

The flat for sale is in building no. 2 according to the articles of association.

Year of construction 1974.

Lease of the plot valid until 31/12/2052.

Ventilation system: mechanical extract ventilation.

Cable TV and the company's broadband connection.

Apartment area according to the articles of association 59.5 m².

The area has not been re-measured and the purchase price is not based on area.

In addition to maintenance and capital charges, the shares for sale are subject to the following payments:

Charges and fees total €420.90 / month.

If the buyer takes a sauna slot, its fee is €10 / month.

Water charges are reconciled annually in June or when the resident changes, based on apartment-specific water meters.

A shareholder has the right to repay in full to the company the apartment-specific loan corresponding to their shares. A shareholder who has paid their loan share is released from paying the corresponding financing charge from the month following the month in which the shareholder paid the loan in full.
