The new Hanhijärvi industrial area in Hämeenkyrö is a hub for industry and logistics at a transport junction. The area is well suited in size for businesses requiring large premises. The T-1 designation means an area for industrial and warehouse buildings. One dwelling necessary for property maintenance may be built on the plot. The yard area of any permitted dwelling must be separated from the plot's other functions by adequate planting.

The zoning requires parking spaces at least as follows:

On KTY-1, KTY-2 and KTY-3 blocks, advertising structures, façades and exterior lighting must not cause glare or other danger to traffic on Highway 3. Advertising and shop sign lighting visible from Highway 3 must not switch on and off intermittently or contain changing content.

During construction, priority should be given to stormwater retention and filtration structures. The retention requirement on the site is 1 m³ of retention capacity per 100 m² of impermeable site area. Infiltrated stormwater must be clean. Discharge of stormwater from properties to street drainage must be carried out so that it does not cause flooding to downstream structures. A plan for stormwater discharge and treatment must be submitted with the building permit application.

Building obligation:
The buyer is obliged to build on the plot within two years of signing the deed at least 10% of the plot's building rights.

Sale decision
The competent authority of Hämeenkyrö municipality reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The final highest offered purchase price requires the approval of the municipal manager and a separate sale decision. The sale decision will be made in accordance with the municipal rules within one week of the end of the offer period.
