Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer agree to record all bids in the system. By making a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Prior to bidding, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Execution of the sale


The sale of the property must be carried out in the form required by the Land Code. The deed of sale is signed electronically in the National Land Survey's property exchange service (KVP); arrangements will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price must be paid no later than the day the sale is signed, before the seller signs. The buyer pays the National Land Survey's service fee (includes transaction confirmation and title registration).


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for transfer tax under prevailing practice (3%).


Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable expenses incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
