The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.

Terms of sale:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest stated bid in the auction. After the highest bid has been accepted the buyer shall immediately pay the purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be given by the Enforcement Authority after the bid has been accepted.
