Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction may also be attended in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. Anyone submitting a bid accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.

Inspection of the property

Before submitting a bid, the bidder must inspect the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale


The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Code of Real Estate, a party refusing to complete the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.
