The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 8 October to 29 October 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 29 October 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority of Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written

bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding, and the same terms apply to it as to

the online auction. The bid must be submitted in writing by 27 October 2026 at 12:00 at the latest to:

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
