The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 26 October to 17 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 17 November 2026 at 17:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by a bailiff, applying, where appropriate, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If it can be accepted, the buyer must pay the entire purchase price by bank transfer to the National Enforcement Authority’s official client funds account. Once the payment is shown in the account, the bailiff will issue a sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: Unless the entire purchase price is paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit.
Payment period: If necessary, the balance may be granted a payment period of no more than six weeks from the sale decision. In that case, annual interest is payable on the entire purchase price for the full period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted period, annual default interest, currently 9.50%, will be charged thereafter.
Obligations transferred to the buyer
The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
The buyer of the parcel must apply to the National Land Survey of Finland for a parcelling survey, in which the sold parcel will be separated into a separate property. The buyer is responsible for the parcelling costs.
