Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction can also be attended in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the sale. The fee of the public purchase witness is paid equally by the seller and buyer.

The sale will primarily be concluded through the property transaction service, the costs of which (€236, including the title registration fee) are borne entirely by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Land Code, a party that refuses to complete the sale must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
