The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 8 October 2026 and 29 October 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 29 October 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the Enforcement Authority at Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. An appeal against the sale or an act connected with or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the decision on the sale.
