The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 21 October 2026 and 12 November 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 12 November 2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the latest accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing by 10 November 2026 at 12:00 to: National Enforcement Authority Finland, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number in the online auction service to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. In principle, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who submitted the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must provide a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, as appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
