Enforced-sale two-room flat (44.0 m²) in Kivimaa, Lahti

The deadline for submitting bids is 15 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. This will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and include the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Lahti office of the National Enforcement Authority, address Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the bidding period.

The National Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
