• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke a circumstance that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please check the item carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding and the item has no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct
