Enforced steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 2, Oulu

The item is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in two separate online auctions.

The piers (5 pcs) are sold either 1) separately, pier by pier, or alternatively 2) all five piers together, depending on which way yields the better offer. Option 1) If selling the piers separately results in a higher combined total than a joint offer for all piers, the piers will be sold separately to the respective bidders. Option 2) If a joint offer for all piers exceeds the total of the offers obtained by selling the piers separately, the piers will then be sold to the bidder making the joint offer.

In this sale, the steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 2, is offered for purchase separately as one of a total of five piers. The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 14/09/2026 to 28/09/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A combined offer for all five piers may be submitted in a separate bidding procedure. The bidder decides whether to submit separate bid(s) or a combined bid. The condition of the piers differs as set out in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered pier the bid is made for.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25/09/2026 at 10:00 to the Oulu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the bid submitted is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
