Enforced steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 1, Oulu

The item is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by way of public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in two separate online auctions.

The piers (5 pcs) are sold either 1) separately, by pier, or alternatively 2) all five piers together, depending on which method yields the better offer. Option 1) If selling the piers separately produces a higher total of offers than a joint offer for all piers, the piers will be sold separately to the bidder for each pier. Option 2) If a joint offer for all piers exceeds the total of the offers received by selling the piers separately, the piers will then be sold to the bidder making the joint offer.

In this sale, the steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 1 is offered for purchase separately as part of a total set of five piers. The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 14.9.2026 and 28.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A joint offer for all five piers may be submitted in its own separate bidding procedure. The bidder decides whether to make separate bid/bids or a joint bid. The condition of the piers varies as shown in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered pier the bid concerns

The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25.9.2026 at 10:00 to the Oulu office of the Enforcement Agency, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 OULU, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
