Premium class for just a few hundred euros more

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka, we make high-quality hot tubs, but the tubs in the Premium series have been taken one step further thanks to their larger size. For just a few hundred euros more, you get a larger tub, which means top-class, premium-level comfort. In smaller hot tubs, your legs can easily end up tangled in the middle of the tub, but an extra 30–40 cm in diameter works wonders! The water volume does not increase significantly, and the Premium Hot Tub is ready for bathing in almost the same time as smaller tubs. A cornucopia of choices

We apologise in advance for making one part of buying a tub slightly difficult. However, this is a very positive problem. You need to make choices so that your Premium Hot Tub is dressed exactly to your taste. You can choose the colour of the plastic tub yourself from five different options. And that’s not all. You can also choose the material for the outer cladding from three different options and pick the lid colour between black or grey. The tub colour range is inspired by nature, with options such as sea blue or lichen grey. All the colour schemes match and work brilliantly together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve top quality in insulation too, we wrapped the Premium Hot Tub in proper thermal layers. Under the plastic tub there is 44 cm of EPS insulation, which keeps frost away and the bath water hot even in colder winter weather. We also applied plenty of thermoplastic insulation to the sides of the tub so that the edges are insulated too. This highly insulated hot tub retains heat so effectively that, when well covered with the lid, the Premium Hot Tub is still warm the next day. For winter bathing, we recommend burning one load of wood before the next day’s bathing session. Activated oxygen tablets thrown into the water after the previous evening’s soak also help refresh the water for bathing. Then you can enjoy it again — or, if children are involved, make a bit of a splash.

Gentle heat, efficiently

The efficient marine aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature in a couple of hours. The 35 kW stove, full of power, is made of durable marine aluminium and conducts heat very well. The stove is fitted with a beautiful glass door, so the wood-fired tub creates a lovely glow of fire around it and you do not need to open the door to check the fire.

The marine aluminium stoves included in Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot tub packages are made in Finland. This high-output stove is not afraid of even seawater, as it is suitable for both fresh and salt water. Carefully considered material details make the stove a hot top product. The stove package includes two metres of chimney pipe and a rain cap, but if you want more pipe, a chimney guard or a spark guard, take a look at the list of additional accessories.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium, as chlorine will start oxidising the marine aluminium. We recommend changing the water often enough and using active oxygen tablets (see additional accessories list). Active oxygen oxidises the water for about a day, after which the water can also be used for watering, as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children too. Water without active oxygen can easily develop a slimy surface on the edges of the bath tub, but active oxygen prevents this process.

A carefree plastic tub

The uniquely designed and carefully engineered seat comfort of the Premium Hot Tub tub section is made of moulded Jaxal polyethylene plastic. This plastic has memory, meaning it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The easy-care, carefree plastic tub stands the test of time excellently, which is why we are happy to offer it a ten-year warranty.

Because the plastic tub has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in any particular places. However, remember to keep the tub surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy to do with normal cleaning agents. The most meticulous users may sometimes clean the tub more aggressively, i.e. disinfect it, but remember to ensure proper handling of wastewater.
