• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including: vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and may also have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any excess collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
