• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on a circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extended pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
