Good day to auction-goers.

A few lifts are being replaced at a car dealership workshop, so the old one is naturally surplus, and as this is really good and usable equipment, the lift is being auctioned to the highest bidder.

This is a German-made Nussbaum Jumbo Lift NT with a lifting capacity of 3,000 kg. Model year 2016.

The product is a heavy-duty professional three-phase machine and is certainly not some cheap Chinese flimsy thing; it still has more working years left than behind it. These lifts were chosen here from the very best end of the range.

It has plenty of lifting height, so even a 2 m-tall mechanic can work with a straight back.

This lift has been on the body repair side, and in fact use there is fairly limited: cars are not driven onto the lift anywhere near every day. Often the same car may stay on the same lift for several days, so this unit’s drive-on platform does not even look very worn; a little touch-up paint from a spray can and it would not be ashamed to stand next to a new one.

Lifts used for tyre changes and routine servicing are under much heavier use, with several dozen drives onto the lift per day.

As is standard in professional workshop operations, the equipment has of course been inspected periodically, with the latest inspection in September 2024. And naturally it has been maintained as one should maintain their most important tools.

The lift is fully operational, but of course when it is dismantled and those hydraulic hoses have been running through a pipe under the floor with water, salt and so on, it can be assumed the fittings may NOT come apart intact. That is probably not a major issue; hydraulic hoses are inexpensive, and I assume even a somewhat handy person can crimp new fittings onto the hoses themselves.

The lift has already been dismantled from the workshop and packed out in the back yard; the buyer only needs to load the item and take it away. The removal will be carried out by the same professionals from the Nussbaum dealership who installed the new lifts for us at the same time.

Please be prepared for transport with suitable equipment, or arrange transport with professionals.

This can be transported on a larger trailer if it can somehow be winched or manhandled onto it. The last time one of these was sold, two men managed to haul one onto a trailer with a winch. I am a salesperson, so I cannot say very precisely, but it weighs enough that one person will not lift it.

The lift of course includes VAT, so it is fully deductible for a business buyer.

As usual and in the well-proven way familiar to us, this item also starts at €100 and bids increase by €20. The highest bidder will definitely take this one too. A proper auction with no reserve price or minimum price.
