The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later invoke a circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond that period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
