5 unfinished steel pontoon piers under distraint, nos. 1–5, with a joint offer, Oulu

The item is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by a bailiff-conducted public sale in two separate online auctions.

The piers (5 pcs) are sold either 1) separately by pier or alternatively 2) all five piers together, depending on which yields the better offer. Option 1) If selling the piers separately results in a combined total better than a joint offer for all piers, the piers will be sold separately to the bidder for each offer. Option 2) If a joint offer for all piers exceeds the total of the offers received by selling the piers separately, the piers will be sold to the bidder making the joint offer.

In this sale, the unfinished steel pontoon piers 4 x 12 metres (nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4) and 1 x 19 metres steel pontoon pier (no. 5) are offered for sale together as a joint offer.. The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 14 Sept 2026 and 28 Sept 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate offer for an individual pier may be made in its own tender process. The bidder decides whether to make separate offer(s) or a joint offer. The condition of the piers varies as shown in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered pier the offer concerns.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 Sept 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 OULU, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
