• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For collection after the deadline, €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
