The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is required to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An additional pickup fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any legal and debt collection costs with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
