• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold as-is, in their current condition. The goods are from use or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision before bidding, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
